If we sell our laptop and they login their fiverr account?

My concern is, if we logout our account and sell or gives our laptop or mobile to someone and then they login their account. Does it will lead to ban the accounts?

You should always reinstall Windows before selling any laptop or revert to the default Android if you are selling your mobile device. The problems appear if someone logs in from the same IP. That's when things are dangerous. But if you want to sell your device, as I said, always reinstall the operating system or restore it to defaults. Also, clear the cache from all your browsers.
