My concern is, if we logout our account and sell or gives our laptop or mobile to someone and then they login their account. Does it will lead to ban the accounts?

Because fiverr is now well known plateform and if one person leaves the plateform, hundreds join. So they don't care

Yup, im level two seller. I did somthing wrong and i get 2 warnings and de ranked to new seller as well as all of my gigs disappeared. I still kept hardworking and delivered high quality services to my repeated buyers and tried to brought new buyers convincing them to join fiverr. Finally after 3 or 4 months my gigs reappeared in search and work started again. Thanks Almighty.

This is the negative point that if u provide high quality service the whole year, but just one bad client u got. Everything will be vanished and u lost even if u r right. they will never lesson to u. really disappointed. However; keep working hard. once again u will get ur badge. May be it takes few months but finally u will achieve. Wish u best of luck

no its not like that. U have to refresh after few minutes or u have to do somthing in app. so u will be activated and will shows online

No sir, This is very helpful especially for new and fresh gigs. I can explain it with example. Like if u search ur gig and it appears on second or third page, then same time just check online sellers, then u r gig may showes in first page. Most of buyer prefer to search for online sellers, so if u remain online more time u have more chances to get reached.

May be you get bad reviews with last delivery or may be u did something against TOS. Now wait for 30 or 60 days, so ur gig will appear in the search automatically. no, its useless. if buyer deleted from his inbox, it's still in ur chat then what are the worries. If buyer isn't satisfied, he can escalate to CS either he deleted or not. He will be rewarded in any case
