Gigs doesn't show in search result

Hi There,

My gigs are hidden from search results. I contacted customer support, but they said" our relevant team has reviewed the case and they decided to remove the Gigs that were not having a good performance. I understand how frustrating this may be, but at the moment there's nothing we can do to place your Gigs back in the search and we don't have an estimated time of how long this will take."

I created a new gig, but the result was the same. So, I want to ask, should I delete the account and make a new one? But the problem is that I am afraid that Fiverr may not accept the payment method I am currently using.

I am looking forward to hearing a positive response from any expert.
