first of all, its called impressions. 

You have to look for every aspect of ratio to get orders, and must study the fiverr rules as it seems u r totally new freelancer and doesn't have much knowledge of freelancing.

If I want to use the same GIG title for a different GIG, is It possible or any impacts for the existing GIG...?

There is a bit in the TOS that says:

Gigs and/or users may be removed by Fiverr from the Site for violations of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

....

• Intentional copies of Gigs

Though they don't clarify if they mean intentional copies of other people's gigs or not.

But having a duplicate title would seem like its the exact same service so I wouldn't do that.
