My All gigs are not in search results since 1 week, any suggestions?

My All gigs are not in search results since 1 week, any suggestions? 
I contact FIverr support and they said due to poor performance but I complete 28 order and 22 5* ratings.
So, if someone can help how to fix this issue 🙂

'they said due to poor performance' - that means any of your clients gave negative hidden review and that's the main reason all of your gigs are down from search results. Now what you can do? 1) Talk to your old clients and take orders from them. But don't ask for if he/she gives you negative hidden review or not.
2) Wait, it takes almost 30, 60, 90 days to recover.

If u got any other orders, try to deliver good performance and get customer satisfaction. So ur account will become active in the search again
