kyokito
Does it affect whether you were late 12 minutes or 15 days? I mean, does the percentage drop all the same or does it depend on how long it took you to deliver after being late?
easd41
The percentage remains the same, but that is not the primary factor that should bother you. Whether the client receives the order with a 12-minute delay or 15 days, there is a difference, and customer satisfaction is significantly different in the two cases. I believe that should be your primary concern. I recommend setting accurate delivery times and delivering orders on time. 3
filipdevaere
Same effect. 12 minutes or 2 weeks is "late". The percentage drop is the same. 7
