  1. Well.. I'm not really sure, but I don't think Fiverr allows to create such businesses. I think for them it's important for the profile to be associated only with one person, and the work to be done exclusively by the account holder, and I think that's the reason the account was flagged.

The question raised in this topic is how an invoice could be created for the client to pay later. In the language of the platform, creating a customized offer can be considered as an invoice, where the client can place the order at a later time.
