Once the order is delivered and marked as complete, you do not have to do anything. The buyer got his work, and you got your money. BTW, why are you sending messages to the buyer after the order is automatically marked as complete?

Move on. Don't bother your client. Buyers can leave private reviews for ten days after an order is completed. If you continue to message your buyer, you may irritate them and get a poor private review. Poor private reviews can make it so you get less exposure and fewer orders.

Why would you be sending buyers SMS? 1- You shouldn't have his phone number. 2 - Who the hell still sends sms's in 2023 anyway?

Upon the delivery and completion of the order, no further action is required on your part. The buyer received their work, and you will;l have your payment after clearance.

That's sending a message, not an SMS. Also, if the order is complete, you don't need to send your buyer any messages. It's done.
