Hi!
I hope to get some useful guidance regarding Fiverr ID verification process. 
I have got a message to verify it within 2 days.
After making attempts  I uploaded the selfie,and photos of identity card it just closed and asked me to start the process all over. But the identification not approved 
How should I go about resolving this issue?

How can I reach out to fiverr team to get any help with this bug?
