Why is fiverr hard these days and why is fiverr not acdepting seller profile without a tangible reason

Maybe the seller doesn't have the minimum English knowledge needed to sell. Maybe the services are not allowed on Fiverr. There can be a lot of different reasons. There are so many useless services here that don't generate sales..
