Is it possible to change Email, while account is temporarily restricted - Should I contact Support?

Question

I created the Fiverr account back in May 2020, and for that I created the separate Gmail account which was only meant for Fiverr.

However, I was not active on Fiverr and started working in September 2022 on Fiverr and was very close to becoming Level1 seller but almost a week ago, my account was restricted by Fiverr and is under review  by the Fiverr team right now.

I contacted the support and they said it can take up-to 90 days, however I can withdraw my payments. But the problem is that I am not able to login in my G-mail account to withdraw my payment. Because this was not my official Gmail account so I haven't signed in for more than a year and moreover I was able to login to my Fiverr account thorough that Gmail so I never tried to change Gmail.

Now, I am very worried, What should I do?

I am trying from almost a week, and watched some videos where they mention that if you don't login for long period they disable your account

But I am still able to login to my Fiverr account through that Gmail. I don't know what to do .
