Fiverr support problem

Question

I have done one of my buyer's work correctly as per his requirement. But he is saying not correct, so now he wants to cancel the order. I sent a message to fiverr support for this. But they are not responding, 24 hours already passed. so what can I do?

Well, if he is saying that it’s incorrect then it wasn’t really as per his requirements? 
 

wait for support to reply, they will eventually but I’m pretty sure they will come back with “we can’t force buyers to accept orders, please try to communicate and resolve it with your client”
