There's a bug about the gigs system?

Hello 

 

I'm level 2 seller and there's somthing weird happend to fiverr. 

my gig was ranked and the promotion was active and suddenly I lost the rank and the gig was not promtoable ( all stats are 100%) 

 

I simply pause the gig for 1 day and re active it and then all return to the normal and I'm back with promotion. 

 

and day after I lose again . and It's a loop.. have any one had this experience?

I am a level two seller and facing the same issue. Its been a while that i got any orders. My all statues are 100% but still no progress.
