Problem to share data

As a chatbot develpor for facebook, whatsapp it is necessary for me to exchange phone number and email in order to check chatbot conversation and to add on chatbot backeend software. So my question is how to share email with my client because without email they are not able to add me as admin. I hope you understand.

Make it part of your requirements on the gig so your clients fill that information when they place an order
