Before publishing gig. there required for English.. I passed but its not showing on my profile. Any suggestions ?

I just try to publish my new data entry / product upload gig. 
then before publish . there have notice to complete english test
I give the test and got 8+ mark

the gig is now published.. but the test result not showing on my profile.
is there any suggestions ?
