Can I delete my existing account and create a new one?

Hi, I created my current account in 2016 but unfortunately I could not use it much at that time as I started giving my services on upworks but recently due to high stakes and new policies I am planning to leave upworks and start giving services in fiverr. I updated my profile few months ago and I still havent received a single order or even impressions on my gigs. someone recently told me that is because of my old account as I created it few years ago and didnt use it much, that is why I am not getting orders so I should create a new account but I wanted to check with you guys if its your policy or not to create multiple account OR to delete existing account and then create. new one.

use this acount and update your Gigs. Then inform to Fiverr team. Good Luck

This is not a wise decision to take, trying with the existing one will bring a huge success for sure.
