Fiverr Top Clients

This may have been answered on here but I haven't found the answer as of yet.

For the Top Client's section, does that include employees that have worked for high-profile companies or do these companies themselves literally

contact a seller and ask them to do particular tasks? 

I have completed many jobs for employees of high-profile companies but not with direction from the company themselves.
