There are literally thousands of topics on the Fiverr forum about this, a single search will do the trick. But in general, you must put in the work, which is not the case if you're just asking for the magic sauce. There isn't any rule/trick to be the first in search results. Just hard work, offering the best results and experience to clients, stuff like that.

In addition to what @donnovan86told you, do not believe the level 0 sellers that will reply to your post to say that staying online on the Fiverr Platform will get your gig to be on the first page of search. That is not true!

Try to make professional gigs with the best keywords. Proper title, image, description pricing and lots of hard work can only do favor for you.

you need to be marketing your gig on social media like Instagram also LinkedIn those are best place for clints.

2. Remain online on Fiverr to attract the buyer. ...
3. Copy top-ranked gigs. 
4. Attractive descriptions and tags. 
5. Keywords in URL of the fiver gig.
