I would appreciate your feedback on Fiverr briefs ? In your opinion, do new sellers have the same chance of getting briefs as top-rated sellers ?

Short answer - yes.

Long answer - Seller performance counts more than seller level in the Brief & Match process. If you are performing well - getting more orders, responding quicker, delivering faster, and with higher buyer satisfaction, you will be seen as a more relevant match than other sellers in your category (who are also at the same price point as you). Most likely a top-rated seller won't be offering services at the same price point as a new seller, so your competition will most likely be with other new sellers.

The caveat - Brief & Match only will be helpful for those who are performing well, unlike Buyer Requests, which was a common source of orders for sellers who weren't getting orders through other channels, such as organic search. This is just another one of Fiverr's initiatives to increase the quality of sellers on the platform.

New sellers are receiving briefs? For what I saw many new sellers are not receiving it.
