How to find low competitive but high demanded keyword?

The best way to really find the low competitive most in-demand keywords would be to join Seller Plus if you can. They have a page that lists things like that (based on the help page). See https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/6533842204177-Keyword-research?segment=seller

Other than that you can try searching for the terms you want to use and if not that many results show then you know it has low competition, then to get an idea how in-demand it is you could check how many reviews the gigs are getting, when the sellers joined to try to get an idea of how many reviews they're getting per week/month. So if you know the gigs get quite a lot of reviews a month on average then you could say that that low competition keyword is in probably in demand (though it could be that other keywords are leading to the sales for those gigs).
