I cant respond to any buyer request and i cant see it 

Im new seller and my teacher ask you have buyer request option to bigging on it and make custom offer for your buyer but i cant see that 

Help me please if anyone knows about that

You claim to be fluent in English, yet I'm really struggling to understand what your question is?  The issue with responding to buyer requests may actually be a good thing until you're able to communicate more effectively.

Why do you lie about being fluent in English?  It is not a good look.
