There are 70,000 other sellers who go promotions on Fiverr. 65,000 of them are level 0 sellers like you. On top of that there are only 48 spots on the first page. In my opinion you are lucky to be on the 3rd page.

Who told you that?
By "rank," do you mean to be moved to the first page of the search?
Good comments after completing a gig may get you a better position on the search pages, but they will not guarantee you a place on the first page of the search. Not with 65,000 other level 0 sellers that you are competing against.

Fiverr matches buyers with sellers that provide the quality of work for which the seller is looking. If a buyer usually buys lower-priced gigs, then Fiverr matches the seller that offers lower-priced work to those buyers. So your competition is the 65,000 new sellers with prices more in line with yours. As I said earlier, you are very fortunate to be on page 3 of the search pages ahead of 64,900 level 0 sellers.

Stop repeating this bogus advice please. When you are asleep you should be asleep not tricking customers into thinking that you are online and will reply their messages when you can’t. And on top of that fiverr can ban you for using auto refresher.
