The order automatically cancelled without me accepting it?

So basically, i got an order from a person, one day later, a notification popped up: "The order was automatically cancelled" with the buyer's message left behind

If i remember correctly, it needs consent from both side to cancel an order, and i didn't do anything, my order wasn't even due for 3 more days

I can no longer contact the buyer as well

What happened?

There are maybe multiple reasons behind it.

1, Maybe buyer deleted his account.

2, Maybe he ask direct to CS of fiverr to cancel his order and then block you to not contact you.

3, Maybe fiverr found him spammer and block him from fiverr.

There can be a another reason
