Need advise, a client insist to communicate throuh mail ...

Hi everyone !

I know it´s against fiverr rules to give personal info. 

I have a client from India, (New on fiver, no reviwes)  That insisted,  I need to contact him by email, I gave him the option to video chat though fiver to discuss details, but No ! Now he sent his phone number. This sounds weird to me ! He said many contact him without a problem ... Maybe I´m so good following fiverrs rules LOL.

Does any body have some same experience ? Is this a scam or spam ?
