I keep receiving messages from customers but the reply box is not active so I can`t answer these questions!

Hello, what do you mean by "the reply box is not active"?

You can't open the message inbox page or you can't text to certain customers? You can also send a screenshot, preferably covering the customer usernames.

If you can't reply to a customer it is likely because the client has either blocked you, they have deleted their fiverr account, or most likely, Fiverr has banned them for breaking fiverr terms and conditions and they were likely attempting to scam you or violate the rules of the site.

It will be happened when the person either block you or he/she is no longer available in the Fiverr that is Fiverr banned them. If any problem happened from your side then you can take support from Fiverr support team.
