My seller level

I did everything necessary to become a level seller. but it still didn't make me a level 1 seller should I wait until the 15th I'm not sure

It will change automatically on the 15th or maybe a bit later, since for some people the evaluation takes place on the 16th or 17th. But yes, if you stick to those numbers, you should become level 1.
