Scanning files

I used VirusTotal website to scan files those I need to deliver. VirusTotal does not show me there is any virus, is it downloadable without any warning on fiverr?

This seems really suspicious, why are you scanning files you will be uploading to fiverr? If they're your own files, you should already know they are virus free... Why do you want to know about the warnings fiverr will give if you are uploading clean files?

The file I created does not have any malware. It is an exe file. But when my customer try to download the file, fiverr does not let the customer to download the file. I fixed it. Virustotal did not find any threats. Does it mean file can be downloaded using fiverr?
