optimize git title,description,faq optimize gig images with those keywords

and wait for 2 or 3 days

You don't, you can't, and you won't, because that's not how Fiverr works. There is no first page ranking. There is no Fiverr rank. Fiverr matches gigs to buyers it thinks will order a specific gig. Therefore, your gig only gets shown to specific buyers, it does not rank on the first page.
