Fiverr doesn't work that way, you "rank" better by getting orders. You don't get high "ranks" before a buyer orders from you. The ones in priority "ranking" will be the ones with a lot of sales and good feedback.

  Also, Fiverr gives new sellers a boost for about a month. If your gig matches what a buyer typically searches for, it will be shown to that buyer during that time. Then it is up to the buyer to click on your gig image and order—or not.

You can improve your chances of getting an order by changing your gig images. Right now, they are cluttered looking as they have too many words. Buyers cruise through the gigs presented to them when they search. Your gig image should state what you are selling in 3 or 4 words.
