Cannot link Facebook account

Hi all. I am new to Fiverr and have tried to link my Facebook account, but it repeatedly gives me the message "Can't associate with Facebook account." I have tried looking at other threads discussing the issue, but those solutions are outdated as Facebook's settings have changed drastically. Can anyone advise?
