I had the worst experience and wanted to share it with you here.  I used to post my Gig on social media in facebook to win buyers naturally and this is normal thing, the important thing is I found a group on facebook I joined and shared the gig with them, and from that hour they called me a lot and asked for help in creating a logo and I was at their service with  team with me.  After purchase they ask to cancel the order.  There is also someone who takes the logo and leaves me a negative comment and says "I'll get my money back".  This is what happened to me until it became an annoyance to me.  I don't see it on marketpalce a couple of days ago I was at the top of the first page and now it's gone from the backlog of negatives.  This is my experience
witness, when he spoke with someone from that group for a long conversation, told me that everyone who enters this group and is outside that country they belong to will be attacked in this way. There is no need to mention the name of the group or the country(.....)
, and when I ask for support on this, they don't respond to me.

Well that's what you did wrong. Don't join groups on Facebook without understanding the risks. They are just randoms that can be very friendly, or they can just scam you with ease. 

I would say move on and just take it as a learning experience.

You became the victim? You made a choice to spam social media with your gig instead of doing actual marketing. This is the consequense. All actions have a reaction. 

As @donnovan86 said, take this as a learning experience. Spamming social media groups with your gig does not work.

So, you don't get my point, this group was made for promotion and not just for anything  and the group is call fiverr rank

It's sellers promoting to sellers. REALLY? Waste of time. I saw those groups on Facebook, as I said, they are a waste of time and sometimes you migth even find scammers as you did here.

That does not matter. These groups are spam in themselves, and they don't become less useless just because they were made for the purpose of spamming. It's like a black whole, just pulling in all sellers who don't know any better.
