Buyer is not responding and has not submitted requirements

Hi sellers,  my buyer placed an order but the requirements were not correct.  I have been trying to contact the buyer but they don't respond to my massage. Please what should I do? Should I cancel the order ?  As I'm almost at the deadline.

Remember of every new seller . You have to understand buyer job post and requirement then submit the buyer request I think you can able to win the job.

Its a very painful part of any order, when the buyer is not responding and have not submitted the requirements after placing the order.

I would suggest you to contact with Fiverr Support Team and ask them to cancel the order, without affecting your profile and ratings.
