contacting fiverr

I have tried to gain access to my old fiverr account to extract a past contractor. It won't recognise my password and invites me to contact them to be reminded of it. The contact process refuses to produce any result - thus I have opened this new accounts. Can anyone tell me how I can obtain the contractor I see from my original account? (Hope so !)

You can check your emails. 
When you were ordering over sent you a couple of emails and invoices and in your emails you can see that name of seller your purchased from. Of course might take some time digging through your old emails 😉
