According to me you should not use auto refresher this can cause de-rank your account and your gigs or maybe this can lead to the deactivation of your account no one can live 24 hours online so being too much online may activate the Fiverr and they will monitor your account and if they found auto refresher  then the next you know

you can use it in some cases like when you are far away from your pc or in your sleeping time but when you are in your pc don't use it at all. The best practice is to keep active manually and don't use any type of auto refresher but if there is no choice then you can go for it but only you should use it in your urgent time
