Does canceling an order affect the raking of all my gigs on my profile?

It affects your seller profile and that particular gig's statistics only, in a visible way that is. Who knows how the search algorithm works. Cancellation ratio might very well affect every gig's placement for all we know, but personally I'd guess only the gig in question would be affected.

Yes, definitely. but if u will avhieve five stars again it will rank again

Yeah, It affects your seller profile and the particular gig but just one cancellation doesn't really affect your gig much.  Its when there is a repeated cancelation on the gig that affects the ranking of the particular gig
