After bad review I got one 5 star rating with good review but buyer request are not open

How can I get back my account and how many reviews would be require for 90% rating

I just reviewed your profile ratings and found it's 3.3.

You must have minimum 4.5 as a rules of 90%

So better to complete some work and get good ratings to reach to minimum 4.5 again.

 

Additionally, I can see that you've received 1 star around a month ago.
So as soon as the 60 days period will over of that order completion and ratings date, you can again start accepting buyer request.
