Level Demotion

Hi! I got demoted from level 1 to new seller due to order completion. Do i have to wait for 60 days after meeting the criteria again?

If you are able to get an order and deliver it before 15 of next month and your order completion rise then you will surely get promoted back

No. If you fulfill the criteria before the next evaluation date (so, before the 15th of the next month), you'll be a level 1 seller again.

I think that's why talking to customers before confirming the order is good for both the parties. 

And thanks for the tip, I also didn't knew that.

yes, If you can place an order completion of 90 before the 15th of next month, you will get the level back

Yes if you get order before the evaluation of 15 date , then your level will be promoted back.
