Credit/Debit card requirement for fiverr

Hey there. I want to know if I xan start my services/freelancing without adding any payment method since I font have a bank account and paypal doesn't work here. I'm a newbie so I dont think I should go for fiverr revenue card. If the answer is yes then where will my 0ayments be collected
