Hi . Levels : Where it is officially written on Fiverr  web site abouut Levels - 1 is the lowest level? The highest? Found no explanation on the seller's web1 is the lowest level? The highest? There is no explanation on the seller's website or marking level

It is stated in multiple areas on the site and UI. Just take a look at your analytics page:

The "lowest" isn't Level One but rather a non-leveled seller.
