Fiverr charging 50% of service charge? Making free lancing services costly against neighborhood services

Why Fiverr charging whopping 50% of the fee as service charge? Does anyone feel same like me that these charges are heavy for saas companies?

They do not charge 50% as a service charge. 
It starts at 2$ and goes only up to 5% as per TOS. 
Do you have a screenshot of them charging 50% unless of course you are referring to a minimal order of 5$

For $5 order, additional $2.28 seems like 50% 😅
