Blackmail

I have a problem with a service provider who is blackmailing me.

I took a $5 logo offer. But the provider refuses to work if I do not accept his offer of 30 dollars.

While before payment he told me everything was ok without any problem.

And once his offer was declined he told me that until i pay i won't get any logos and then stop responding to me.

What can I do ?

Definitely don’t pay more. 
open a request to cancel the order through resolution Center on your order page.

and if he will decline then contact fiverr support and ask them to cancel your order.
