I think Fiverr should have a way to alert buyers before contacting sellers. I suggest a pop up message to remind them that exchanging contacts is against T.O.S . This is because many times the sellers receive contacts from buyers without even requesting and you can't take that back. I don't find it fair to punish a seller who already understand the T.O.S. In my opinion device a way to alert buyers and sellers before contacting. Thank you.
