why i can not withdraw get advance cash money to my bank

i have apply for the fiverr get advance cash .also i have verify the mail but when i tried to withdraw money i am facing this message please help me if any one have the knowledge

As I remember bank transfer can be done only through your payoneer account. Did you attach it to your account?

Maybe it's a temporary glitch in their system. I also have $4.42 due since two days back though I have enough matured balance already. I've contacted Support Team, but they said the relevant team is investigating, so I am waiting 😉 Hope they fix this issue very soon!!

thanks to all of you for your suggestion i have got my answer that is

a seller can not withdraw 2 payments in 24 hours.means i have with draw one payment at 12 am then at 1 am i cannot do it.so after 24 hours you  can proceed ..

Oh, I think you are right. I just activated another early payout as a test and it's all cleared now. Yay!!
