Why are my uploads for PDF conversions not showing for seller but I see them fine?

Not the first time I have experienced this. I uploaded 7 PDF. I wait and then on the delivery date, the seller is saying I need to upload them. It pushes my date out another 2 days.
Why can I see them and seller cant?
