1. File Size Limitations

Fiverr may have file size limits for uploads. If your PDF exceeds the limit, it might not display properly for the seller, even if it appears fine on your end. Check Fiverr's file size restrictions and ensure your files meet those requirements.

To do : Compress the PDF file to reduce its size, or split it into smaller parts and try uploading again.

2. File Format Issue

While you're uploading a PDF, there could be compatibility issues that prevent it from displaying properly on the seller’s side. Even if it shows correctly in your account, a corrupted or incompatible file might fail to appear for the recipient.

To do : Open the PDF and convert it again using a reliable PDF converter. Re-upload the newly saved version to Fiverr.

3. Browser Cache or Temporary Glitches

Fiverr might have temporary display glitches related to browser cache or their platform's system. Your uploads might appear on your screen, but the seller may not be able to access

To do : Clear your browser's cache or try uploading the PDF from a different browser or device.

4. Fiverr Platform Delays or Bugs

There might be a delay in syncing files between your view and the seller’s view due to Fiverr platform bugs or processing delays.

To do : Wait a few minutes and check again. You can also contact Fiverr support to see if there are any known bugs affecting file uploads.

5. Permissions or Account Issues

In rare cases, there might be issues with permissions or account-related restrictions that could cause uploads to be invisible to others.

To do : Contact Fiverr's customer support to verify if there are any restrictions or problems with your account or the seller’s account.

6. Upload Process Not Fully Completed

Sometimes, the file upload might not fully complete even though it shows in your end. It could be due to a connection issue during the upload.

To do : Double-check if the upload was 100% successful by refreshing the page or re-uploading the file.

If none of these solutions work, reaching out to Fiverr Customer Support with a detailed description of the problem will be the best course of action.
