this month in my new gig i cancel two order. So can you please tell me is it down my gig?

Depends why and how they got cancelled.  If you went through CS and they helped do it, and depending on the reason, it may not be impactful.  If, however, you or the buyer canceled then it is much more likely to impactful.

I have canceld orders many times cause of health problems without going through CS and yes it affects your gig ranking but that's all, nothing critical

It does affect your gig, but other factors should be considered. What I notice every time an order gets cancelled is that my completion rate and gig traffic drop. The less traffic, the smaller the chance of getting new order. It usually lasts for a couple of days for me (I'm an L2 seller), but I think the impact could be worse if you're still new. Try to avoid cancellation as best as you could through communication and negotiation with the buyer.
