Negative Feedback

The buyer gave me a negative feedback. What can I do now? I can't send offer. I will fiverr support contract? please say and help. thanks

Fiverr support can't help with negative reviews unless the ToS have somehow been broken. All you can do is hope for new orders to come in and do your best to deliver quality work for your clients.

No, don't do this. This would be considered as review manipulation. A buyer will leave whatever review that feel matches their experience. Don't discuss reviews because you'll cause yourself more problems.

Reviews are not mandatory and are entirely up to the discretion of the buyer. Attempting to outright influence a buyer into giving a specific rating is grounds for receiving warnings and possible account suspension or termination.
