Can Fiverr editors please send us personal notes instead of stock forms?

I had a Virtual Assistant gig published a couple of days ago.



As a Virtual Assistant, I do anything the client needs, and I put this in the image for the gig.



Today that gig has been suspended because they want me to fix the image, but they dont’ say precisely what’s wrong.



All my other gigs have the same kind of image - all text, and that hasn’t been a problem before.

I explain precisely what I do on this image - anything

The image is the correct size



So, I have no idea what the problem is because they didn’t tell me, just sent a stock form and nothing on there is a problem, as far as I can see.
