account temporarily disabled

Question

I tried to log into my account and received a message saying my account was "temporarily disabled" and I had received an email explaining why.  I do not have such email and it's been a few years since I used this account.

There is nowhere to receive support because every support link requires me to log into my account but like I said my account has been "temporarily disabled". I had to create a new account just to try and receive support for my actual account.

I need to know why my account was disabled and what I need to do in order to use the account again.

None of us know why your account was disabled. The only people who can help you with this are Customer Sipport.
