How can I get around a faulty "retake skills test" message?

I have been in the process of setting up an editing Gig on Fiverr. When I got to the skills test section, I mistakenly left my Gig open overnight. I can only assume that is the reason why, when I went to take the test this morning, I received the "retake test" message and was asked to wait thirty days. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to getting started on Fiverr.
