audio_hub
Hello, I am a Music Composer and Producer. I have Re-scored an old Spiderman's Movie Trailer Music. I want to upload that 40 seconds video clip along with my composed music to my gig as a portfolio sample. I will give video credits to Marvel Studios and Music credits to myself. So, my question is! Can I do this without any copyright infringement? I will be greateful for your answers. Thank You, audio_hub
maezma85
You can give credits but that does not mean that you cannot have problems. You have to have written permission from the industry to be able to post content that belongs to them.

You have to purchase a license to use the music, and if the owner accepts your offer, you will be granted a license to proceed. You are in violation of copyright law if you do otherwise. He needs the rights to the video. And he's not getting them.
